Registration Refund Policy

Voluntary Withdrawal

If you decide to withdraw from the program, you must request a refund, in writing.

• If received before evaluations, DSB will refund the registration fee less $50 administrative fee for each player withdrawn. ALL late fees and/or SportsConnect processing fees are not refundable.
• If received after evaluations but before the first game, the refund will be fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee (not including any late fees).
• No refunds after the first game.

Involuntary Withdrawal

If, after the applicable deadline but before the scheduled conclusion of four regular season games of the applicable league, a player becomes unable to participate and must be withdrawn due to injury, illness or relocation a partial refund may be requested, in writing. The request will be reviewed and if approved, fifty percent (50%) of the net of the registration fee minus a $50 administrative fee will be refunded. No refunds after 4 regular season games.
