Spring Baseball Season 2026
The DSB Spring Leagues start in late April and run through the beginning of June. Most games are played at the Brook Run Park Baseball Fields, which are located just across Barclay Drive from Brook Run Park and next to Peachtree Middle School. The state-of the-art synthetic turf fields are adjustable for 54'/80' and 60'/90' dimensions and are equipped with LED lighting, great dugouts and a spacious concession plaza. Some games and practices may be held at other locations.
Age Groups
The DSB Spring Season consists of two leagues:
Lower League (54'/80') for 13-15 year old players
Upper League (60'/90') for 15-18 year old players
High School Players Welcome
We run our league so that kids playing on high school JV and 9th grade teams can participate. Most JV/9th grade seasons are over before we get started.
Plan Your Summer Vacation
Plan on the season running as late as June 7th. We do this with the intent that our playoffs will not conflict with finals for most schools, but gives families plenty of time for a summer vacation.
Registration
Players can register individually and be placed on a team, or whole ("pre-formed") teams can enter to play.
If you are already a member of DSB, log in to register your player. If not, parents must register online before registering players. Either way, follow the links in the Register menu. Please provide as much relevant information as possible in the “Notes” section of the registration form so we know your player’s situation (for example -- indicate any previous playing experience, involvement in travel ball, a desire to play high school ball, etc.)
A player's age for these purposes is as of April 30, 2026.
JV teams, 14 YO and 15 YO Travel Teams are encouraged to enter the Upper League. Any coach can recruit and enter a whole team.

Volunteers/Coaches
We are always looking for good people to join our cadre of volunteers and coach teams. Please let us know if you can help-out. Contact information is below. A background check is required of all coaches before being allowed to coach in a DSB league.
Time Commitment
Both the Lower League (13-15) and Upper League (15-18) are an 8-game season plus single-elimination playoffs. Including practices, teams typically have 2 events per week.
Cross Scheduling
In both leagues, we plan to schedule games outside of the league with teams from the Dunwoody Diablos.
Locations
Games will be played at the Brook Run Park Baseball Fields, Marcus Jewish Community Center and, occasionally, at other area parks (such as Medlock Park, Morgan Falls and Redan Park).
Fees
Costs are $325 for an individual player (hat and jersey included) until April 1, then $350. Whole team cost is $2,800 (add $35 per player if you need hats and jerseys). Checks or online payments are required to complete the process.
Uniforms
For DSB in-park teams (individual player signups), players will be provided jerseys and hats by the league as part of their registration fee. Players are expected to provide baseball pants, belts, socks and shoes. Whole teams that enter the league typically provide their own uniforms, but if needed, DSB can supply jerseys and hats for an additional fee.

Registration
Online registration runs through April 19, 2026. For pre-formed teams only: Checks or online credit card payments must be in our possession by Saturday, April 24, 2026 to complete the registration process.
March 1, 2026
Online registration opens. Note that starting April 1, registration fees increase as this is considered late registration.
Sunday, April 19, 2026
Online registration closes.
Evaluations: Lower League 7:30-8:30 pm, Upper League: 8:30-9:30 pm.
Players who registered individually will be evaluated by coaches at the Brook Run Park Baseball Fields.
Monday, April 27, 2026
Practices start. Some pre-formed team games may start this week as well.
Sunday, May 3, 2026 - early June
8 game season plus single elimination playoffs, 1-2 games per week. Games and practices may be held any day of the week.
